I seek creativity and perfection in every dish that I serve

The desire of sharing and conviviality, have always been present around me. During my childhood, I had the chance to travel around the world, which gave me the opportunity to discover new products as well as being confronted with other cultures, and a kitchen very different from mine.

These trips gave me the chance to flourish in this area, and pursue my career into a profession that would allow me to gather guests around a table, to make live moments of conviviality similar to those I've lived during my childhood.

Since then, I decided to join the famous Institute of Paul Bocuse, where I was lucky to be trained by a team of professionals, with unparalleled success. The knowledge I was taught there, allowed me to work in the most exclusive places, such as the K2 Palace in Courchevel, in their 2 * Michelin restaurant with Chef Nicolas Sales, La Réserve de Beaulieu in the French Rivera 1* Michelin, Hyatt Andaz in Amsterdam…

These experiences in the world of great luxury and haute gastronomie, have enforced me to take a turn into an international cuisine that highlights the quality of products and expertise.

Therefore, I decided to embark on an adventure of Private Chef in South of France, and thanks to my clients, I now get the chance to travel to different countries, where I propose a culinary journey combining tradition and modernity.

Maxime was wonderful! His passion for the region, it’s products and his dishes really came through. He was able to source all the ingredients from his garden and local producers he knows which was exactly what we wanted! Everything he made we enjoyed and he even left us some of the delicious lemon sorbet he served. We would definitely call Maxime again next time we return to Southern France.
