French chef with 8 years of experience in European Michelin stars restaurants

Born in France, I move to England when I was 18 and started to work in a michelin star restaurant for 3 years, then moved to Denmark. I worked in a 3 michelin stars restaurant, Geranium; an amazing cuisine, delicate and creative, reflecting the products of the Danish terroir. Then I spent 5 months in South East Asia. One of my favorite hobbie is spending time with producers, learning new skills and flavor.
