I love to see people's smiling faces when they are eating good food. I hope to bring happiness to those around me through cooking.
我今年25歲,我在香港的高中畢業後,於國際廚藝學院就讀廚藝高級文憑。完成學業之後一邊創業開發桌遊,一邊當兼職廚師三年,然後到會所全職當烹飪興趣班導師一年。我喜歡世界各地不同國家的飲食文化,因此我勇於嘗試不同菜系,比較擅長的菜系是日式料理、香港本地家常菜、少量粵菜、西餐、小食和甜品。
I am 25 years old. After graduating from high school in Hong Kong, I studied at the International Cuisine College for a Higher Diploma in Culinary Arts. After completing my studies, I started my own business developing board games while working as a part-time chef for three years, and then worked full-time as a cooking class instructor in a club for one year. I love the food culture of different countries around the world, so I am willing to try different cuisines, and my favourite cuisines are Japanese, Hong Kong local home cooking, a little bit of Cantonese, Western food, snacks and desserts.
