Strastven sam prema kuhanju težim savršenstvu, sa zero waste konceptom di je moja filozofija iskorištavanje 100% namirnice.

Ja sam profesionalni chef sa 8 godina iskustva, kao jako mlada krećem stopama kuharstva.

Nakon završetka srednje škole u Malom Lošinju, nastavljam se dodatno educirati konkretno u Rijeci, nakon toga željom za učenje odlazim u London, gdje radim na poziciji CDP ( chef de parte) u Grčkom restoranu OPSO.

Nakon uspješne suradnje u Londonu vraćam se u hrvatsku, gdje uspješno radim tranziciju na fine dining, I otkrivam koncept "zero waste" i do danas se vodim tom filozofijom.
