Searching for the best ingredients, cooking and presenting dishes to guests, for me, are passion in three acts.

I’m a professional chef with 17 years of experience in the culinary world. I’ve worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels in Croatia and hold a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Opatija. I completed an internship at Hotel Villa Borghese in Rome and trained at the Michelin-starred restaurant Assaje.

For three years, I served as a private chef in Croatia for the owner of an international corporation.

Dino was absolutely incredible. The food was delicious, on time, accommodating to lots of dietary needs - great way to celebrate our trip!

Chef Dino was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and he spend time so much time prepping. He very helpful at explaining the dishes and cleaned everything up at the end! Would definitely recommend! He made our Hen group feel so special!

Dino was so amazing. We all loved the food - the quality and presentation was incredible. The food was so fresh and the taste was so unique to each dish. He cleaned up as he went along and the presentation of our set up was so sweet as well. Really highly recommend Dino.

We were immensely impressed and grateful for the evening with Chef Peter and Bruno! The food was fantastic, the service was amazing, and the stories behind the dishes made each one more memorable. The beef tartare was probably the best I’ve had in my life. A sentiment that was shared by the other guests as well! Having them join us to talk more directly, during dessert, was the icing on the cake. Such wonderful people and great local knowledge. It was a fantastic experience that we will definitely repeat! Incredibly attentive and accommodating, produced amazing food and adapted to challenging kitchen conditions (holiday rental - without all equipment). From the onset made us comfortable and created a great an memorable experience.

Chef Dino Bebić provided an exceptional culinary experience for our party of nine. He is not only friendly and attentive but also an incredibly talented chef. We opted for his SIGNATURE MENU, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The true testament to his cooking is that every plate was returned to the kitchen completely clean—there were no leftovers because everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal! Dino was exceptional. Extremely polite and engaging, arranging everything went well, and then the food on the night was absolutely brilliant. We were totally delighted with the presentation, the quality and the taste was sublime. Very big recommend.

Our chef was the uttermost professional! Really helpful in tailoring the menu to the needs of my group. He was booked for my best friend’s hen party and did a wonderful job with the dishes, explaining the significance behind all the dishes and was so efficient in tidying up! Everyone was so impressed and mentioned it was a highlight of their trip!

Cooking for 17 people in a very basic kitchen couldn’t have been easy….but my goodness did our fantastic chef make it all seem incredibly easy! Extremely polite, amazing service, best experience ever. Could not recommend our brilliant chef more!!!
