I’m a professional chef with 17 years of experience in the culinary world. I’ve worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels in Croatia and hold a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Opatija. I completed an internship at Hotel Villa Borghese in Rome and trained at the Michelin-starred restaurant Assaje.

For three years, I served as a private chef in Croatia for the owner of an international corporation.

Dino was so amazing. We all loved the food - the quality and presentation was incredible. The food was so fresh and the taste was so unique to each dish. He cleaned up as he went along and the presentation of our set up was so sweet as well. Really highly recommend Dino.

The beef tartare was probably the best I’ve had in my life. A sentiment that was shared by the other guests as well! Having them join us to talk more directly, during dessert, was the icing on the cake. Such wonderful people and great local knowledge. It was a fantastic experience that we will definitely repeat! Incredibly attentive and accommodating, produced amazing food and adapted to challenging kitchen conditions (holiday rental - without all equipment). From the onset made us comfortable and created a great an memorable experience.
