Searching for the best ingredients, cooking and presenting dishes to guests, for me, are passion in three acts.
I’m a professional chef with 17 years of experience in the culinary world. I’ve worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels in Croatia and hold a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Opatija. I completed an internship at Hotel Villa Borghese in Rome and trained at the Michelin-starred restaurant Assaje.
For three years, I served as a private chef in Croatia for the owner of an international corporation.
