A professional chef who is unobtrusive, I have a feeling for guests and I cook really good.

I have 17 years’ experience in the culinary world, working in Croatia’s top restaurants and hotels. I hold a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Opatija and completed internships at Hotel Villa Borghese (Rome) and the Michelin-starred Assaje.

For three years I served as a private chef for the owner of an international corporation, overseeing bespoke menus and events. I specialize in refined, seasonal cuisine and bring strong kitchen leadership and event experience.
