Professor of English language and literature and sociology who decided she loves cooking and baking more than teaching. I ran my own restaurant for over 12 years and was the head chef. Cooking is my passion and my life and I feel very fortunate I get to do what i love. My focus are traditional recipes and the stories behind them.
