I am an Italian chef with over 20 years of experience working in restaurants around the world. My experience ranges from classic Mediterranean cuisine with a twist to extensive knowledge of healthy and plant-based cooking. I am passionate about sourcing high-quality ingredients and making everything from scratch, creating food that is authentic and full of flavour.
I am able to accommodate dietary requests while delivering flavourful meals that suit everyone’s tastes and needs, including vegan, gluten-free and other dietary restrictions. I manage and deliver events of all sizes, from intimate dinners and tasting menus to small and large-scale gatherings.
