I have been working as a chef for 20 years now. First 5 years in various types of restaurants from steakhouse ,pizzeria to mexican. I joined the yachting industry and enjoyed it for the last 15 years. Now looking for a new challenge. I worked for an italian family for 9 years and also did some advance cooking course in Florence. also had the opportunity to work for a mexican family for the last 6 years. So perhaps you can say italian and mexican cuisine is my forte.
