A creative chef searching for ways to tell stories through themed dishes.
Profesionally I am a biology and chemistry masters who started their cooking career working on boats in the Adriatic sea. I always joke that I still work in my field because when cooking on a boat - the sea is biology and kitchen work is chemistry. (Season 2021, 2022, 2023)
I pursued the cooking career working a winter season in Austria 2022/2023 learning from international chefs with lots of experience.
Even as a highschool student I showed a lot of interest in creative work and story telling which I continue to enjoy through my cooking.
