Working as a chef across the Croatian coast for over 8 years, I am very passionate about my work. I strive to deliver every plate to perfection. I am open and friendly with my guests, always willing to describe every detail of my dishes and how I prepare them. I focus on Italian cuisine, but I enjoy preparing a wide variety of dishes. In addition to cooking, pastry is also part of my expertise.
