My name is Marin Rendić, I am 40 years old chef from Croatia with more than 20 years of working experience in the restaurants. Last 10 years as head chef and owner of Pepenero and Pepebianco restaurants in Novigrad, Croatia (www.pepenero.hr) and from November 2017. as head chef and owner of Bistro Apetit by Marin Rendić.
I've always been creative and innovative in my working, so my work was even recognized by guests and hedonists from all around the World and critics from the New York Times or Feinschmecker. I have a lot of experience, great culinary and organization skills, trained in Michelin stars restaurants.
