I would highly recommend Nina. The menu she put together for my wife and I was perfect for our first trip to Zadar, Croatia. We loved how she used seasonal and local ingredients as well as her own resources to cook this meal for us. She was very hospitable, kind, and easy to talk to. My wife and I will be planning another trip to Zadar in the future we liked it so much and we will be booking Nina again.
