A tireless taste researcher
I am a professor of philosophy and Russian and a professional chef and have been running my business for the last 4 years. My food is different from most conventional offerings on the market. I am honored by the honest approach, creativity and cooking of all the cuisines of the world, adapted to our climate. In the last 4 years I have designed and cooked over 1500 completely different dishes. I'm just starting a youth education.
