I am an engineer with a deep passion for cooking, which led to a remarkable appearance on MasterChef Croatia. Born in Colombia and raised in Madrid, I have lived across Europe, including stints in Sweden, the Netherlands, and Croatia over the last decade.

With a diverse background, I've honed culinary skills in renowned restaurants like El Toro and learned the ropes at Dubravkin Put Restaurant. My love for food is matched only by his commitment to continual growth in the kitchen, where I thrive on experimenting with new techniques and flavors.

When not engineering or cooking, I enjoy staying active by going to the gym, watching anime, reading, and learning new things, whether it's in the kitchen or beyond.
