I’m Andras Katona, a professional chef with nearly 20 years of experience working in some of the world’s most renowned kitchens. I spent over 14 years in London, refining my craft at the Corinthia Hotel, Savoy Hotel, and several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck and Galvin at Windows .
