I would highly recommend Chef Balázs! Very professional, food was very good, and didn’t expect such portions, it was difficult to finish :) Communication was great, with a good explanation of the dishes and their origins

We invited Balasz to our apartment at the hotel and welcomed him at the entrance. Our kitchen was barely equipped, but that wasn’t a problem at all. We agreed on a traditional Hungarian menu and were absolutely amazed by the incredible dishes he prepared. The presentation was also fantastic. We can highly recommend Balasz and would book him again anytime!

Delicious brunch! Even with a small kitchen and limited equipment, the chef did an amazing job. Very friendly and great communication. Highly recommended!

Communication with Balazs was always fast, friendly and clear. We agreed on the menu in advance. On the evening of the dinner he showed up on time for the appointment and performed the service impeccably. The quality of the food was excellent. Balazs was very good at explaining the various dishes. He was very polite and professional and for this I recommend him to everyone
