My name is Kseniia Shportii, I’m 24 years old and I have 4 years of experience working in professional kitchens.
I started my career working as a waitress, but over time I realized that cooking interested me much more than serving. After two years in the same restaurant, I moved to the kitchen and discovered my real passion for the culinary industry. Within one year, I grew from line cook to chef position through hard work, discipline, and dedication. Human evolution in action: one minute carrying plates, next minute running the kitchen because apparently competence is rare and highly collectible.
