I am a Swiss National of Filipino Heritage Living in Hungary and I am an International Chef
I am a professional chef with over 10 years of culinary and hospitality industry.
I have trained in the top Hotel and Fine Dining Kitchens in the Philippines before establishing my passion for banqueting and catering in the 5-Star 5-Diamond Ritz Carlton Beach Resort, Naples Florida, and the (former) Ritz Carlton Powerscourt Hotel, Ireland. As well, with the valuable training of culinary hospitality and to be an advocate of quality local produce, Dublin became a great learning experience in the various melting pot cuisines from French Bistro, International Tapas, Irish Cafe Culture, and Corporate Food Service. Years later, I have experienced Head Chef Consultancy in Metro Manila Philippines for a Boutique Hotel in the Business Capital, and Executive Chef Consultancy for a private company to open a trendy Gastro-Pub. Personal life has brought me to Hungary, and after experiences in Békéscsaba, Gyula and Budapest, I am currently an excited entrepreneur starting a food product business.
