Chef Alban Artru

I have been working in kitchen for the past 7 years, I transitioned from engineer to chef after finishing university.

Even if I always loved cooking and producing food from scratch I never worked in a professional kitchen until I was 24.

Since I worked every positions of the kitchen from dishwasher at the beginning until chef those past years, including patisserie.

I learned and like to improvise daily with whatever was available, developing a good creativity. That was specially true last year when I was cheffing on a charter sailing yatch in Turkey for groups of about 10 persons for week long stays.
