I’m passionate about good quality ingredients, and making exciting and tasty meals. I prioritize local ingredients and free range meats.
I am a young chef who earlier this year completed a 12 week course at ballymaloe where I learnt the importance of local and fresh produce. I have been cooking for many years in a restaurant in west cork, Toonsbridge cafe, where I was lucky enough to be able to work with fresh dairy from their farm. I am also very capable of making desserts with a range from ice cream to occasional cakes and everything in between! I definitely thrive under pressure and love the challenge of tweaking menus to suit individuals.
