I’m Bruno, 42yo, dad of Angel, husband of Lu, a simple person, man and dad who found myself in kitchens around the world. Since 2017 cooking vegan vegetarian food. Since 2019 working in one of the best restaurants of Dublin, thriving everyday and sharing my passion with close friends and customers. I hope we can meet any day and I can show you how good and fun making full flavour dishes can be.
