I have 26 years of gastronomy, 18 years as a Chef, I have in Brazil a Catering and Events company of varied cuisine, Brazilian, Barbecue, Parrilla Argentina, Mexican, Italian, Tapas and Paella, Portuguese and Arabic cuisine. I'm in Dublin to learn English and in that time I want to offer my seasoning and experience for small receptions, dinners, lunches and various get-togethers.
