I’m Hannah, a chef from the wild beauty of Connemara now rooted in West Cork, where I create soulful, seasonal food experiences through my food project, Wildfolk. My cooking is guided by nature and inspired by a career that’s taken me from bustling cities to remote villages, from yoga retreat centres in Spain and Costa Rica to festivals and long-table dinners across Ireland.
I specialise in nourishing, produce-led meals that celebrate the best of Irish ingredients, working closely with local growers, farmers, and makers. My food is vibrant, wholesome, and always created with care — whether I’m serving an intimate dinner, a retreat, a wedding, or a festival crowd.
Over the years I’ve catered retreats in Ireland and abroad, developed award-winning food products, run pop-up cafés and kitchens at festivals, and worked as private chef for creative residencies. My passion is in crafting heartfelt dining experiences that bring people together, turning a meal into a moment of connection.
