Determined Head Chef with 15 years of hands-on experience working finest restaurants in Europe. Skilled at developing creative and enticing menu options and managing up to 15 kitchen staff members. I have learned my skills in Austria and went to Villa Blanca private catering college. From there i have worked in Italy, France and I'am now based in Ireland for more than 12 years.
