My passion for cooking began in my family kitchen, where I learned that food is more than something we eat. It is tradition, emotion, and a way of bringing people together.

Driven by that passion, I started my professional journey in traditional Italian kitchens and worked my way from Commis Chef to Executive Chef through years of dedication and hard work.

Throughout my career, I have led kitchens across Italy and Ireland, gaining experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hospitality, and prestigious event venues.

Today, as the founder of OPERA Dining Experience, I bring that journey to every table, creating contemporary Italian dining experiences that combine tradition, creativity, and genuine hospitality.
