My name is Petar Petrov, and I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences through creativity, precision, and high standards of hospitality. My passion for cooking began early in my career and has developed into a strong commitment to fine dining, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented cuisine tailored to each client’s preferences.
I hold a qualification in Culinary Arts from TU Dublin, where I strengthened my professional foundation in classical and modern cooking techniques, kitchen management, food safety, and menu development. In addition, I completed professional fine dining training under Chef Simeon Nikolov, head chef of Restaurant Oz in Switzerland, where I refined my skills in elevated cuisine, attention to detail, and high-end service standards.
Throughout my career, I have worked in demanding professional kitchens and private dining environments, developing expertise in European cuisine, fine dining presentation, event catering, and personalised menu creation. I take pride in creating memorable dining experiences that combine flavour, elegance, and consistency while adapting to the individual tastes and dietary requirements of every guest.
