About cooking as I see my daily basis going to work as makes me feel that Im going for interactive childhood activity so it's always makes me excited.
I've been working at hospitality for almost 10 years now. I'm a professional chef since 4 years and still in love with food as it full-fills me in most part of my life. I'm currently working as chef in a fast paced restaurant in Dublin. Some often friends of mine arranges gatherings for our friends in the name under ''Dinner Club'' so I've been hosting around 30 people with how I feel cooking for them and that gave me an inspiration of being here and posting my own private chef post. I've been worked at high end restaurant for short terms to gain experience of the environment so from those experiences I'm always giving my best from what I've seen and see them smiling faces after the first bite from the plate.
