I booked Robbie to cook for my brothers Stag weekend in Galway. The food was so tasty and absolutely incredible! Everyone was raving about it for the rest of the evening and weekend. A real highlight. Robbie and his colleague were also really lovely and happy to have a bit of craic with us over the course of the evening. Robbie kept in regular contact with me in the run up to the day, was flexible and easily catered to all dietary needs without compromising on taste or quality. I would highly recommend.

Robbie and Gordon were brilliant! We were a group of eight staying at a VRBO. Robbie worked with us on a menu that would accommodate some food insensitivities. The charcuterie tray before dinner was a big hit. Each course was presented with panache and was picture-worthy. We had several terrific meals in Galway, but we all agreed this was the best meal of our stay. Robbie even shared a few of the recipes, including his delicious brown bread. Five stars for the food and the engagement from Robbie and Gordon.

Chef Robbie was excellent! Him and Gordon were outgoing and very easy to have in our apartment. The food was amazing and every dish was presented gorgeous. 11/10 experience.

Chef Robbie was so amazing from the moment we connected right through to the end of dinner. Such a pleasure to work with. We were planning a surprise for my mothers birthday planning for dinner for 5 adults & 2 kids. Robbie's menu recommendations were spot on and he was wonderful with a few tweaks I asked for. And for the kids meal he was so accommodating. We arrived right on time, and was fully prepared and produced such a perfect meal for us and at the end everything was cleaned away you would have no idea an 4 course perfect meal had just been created. I would highly recommend Robbie and we will be working with him again for sure.

Chef Robert prepared a meal for myself and nine friends in Galway. Working out a suitable menu with Robert in advance was very straightforward and Robert was very accommodating with requests, always responding to messages promptly and agreeing a very fair price for the sort of menu we were looking for, suggesting a range of detailed and tasty sounding dishes as options. On the day itself Robert arrived on time and was discreet and professional in his set-up and preparation, easily adapting to our relatively awkward space. He and his assistant were nothing but polite, diligent and superb in their set up and preparation. The food itself... Simply incredible. Each of our three courses were absolutely delicious with each guest complimenting the food and scrapping over the extras that were brought out after each course (a delicious risotto for starter, a main of fillet beef which was cooked to absolute perfection and a scrumptious dessert). I cannot stress enough how tasty each course was. Robert and his assistant were very well prepared and served wonderfully, explaining each dish to everyone throughout and offering extras where need without ever interrupting. After they had left (leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived!), the whole party were hugely satisfied with their meals. Without doubt, this was one of the nicest, most filling and most delicious three course meals I have had in memory. Roberts friendliness, attentiveness, adaptiveness and professionalism rounded out the wonderful meal to make it above and beyond what we could have hoped for and I would happily recommend Robert to anyone looking for a top class meal from a top class chef.
