After finishing my BSc degree in culinary and an intensive on the job training at the Taj Coromandel Chennai I moved to Dubai and officially started my career in the kitchen with Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. In the course of three years in Hilton, I went from the third commis to a first commis which I owe greatly to my dedication to hard work and my love for the job. I have worked with and I'm well versed in a variety of cuisines such as Arabic, continental, Italian, French, South American and Asian. I believe that I am now ready to take on an even bigger leadership role and grow as a chef. So I moved to the H Dubai hotel as a Demi chef de partie. and I moved to dhigali Maldives. I have 6 year experience in continental food..
