Cross trained under Michelin-star chefs Charlie Trotter (Chicago) and Georges Blanc (France), I bring a deep passion for culinary innovation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
As Founder of Roller Coaster Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., I now consult for premium projects such as Sip of Sky (Hyderabad Airport), Dhokaima Cafe - Kathmandu, Weewakes Kitchen (Kodaikanal), and M. Conventions (Chennai) — helping brands elevate their food, service, and overall hospitality experience.
