What began at 17 in Jalandhar as a love for exploring food took me across the world, where years of learning taught me that the best dishes aren’t always made with fancy ingredients, but with heart, soul, and a story worth sharing. After years of discovering cuisines and working alongside talented chefs, I’ve returned to India to bring the world’s flavors to my community, creating experiences that go beyond the plate and bring people together through food.
