I am a professional chef with over 23 years of culinary experience in baking, patisserie and European and partly indian cuisine. Having completed from hotel management in 2003 from IAM calcutta I started working with HHI group, Oberoi Group in Kolkata followed by Taj Hotels in Bhutan and Bangalore, Fairmont hotels in Jaipur,Dubai and South Africa, then Jehan Numa Palace Hotel in Bhopal and finally with Bakingo as a corporate chef. I have worked under renowned chefs and learnt the art of fine cooking through the hard way. My patisserie skills are the finest and I also run my own cloud kitchen in Lucknow called NOMA TIMA global dessert bar & bistro.
