From a young age, I was a quiet observer in my mother’s and aunt’s kitchens, catching a spark for cooking that has never faded. Today, even as a professional software engineer, that spark remains my driving force; I am the designated chef for every friend's gathering and family milestone. Though many suggest I switch careers, I prefer the harmony of my two worlds—using my engineering discipline to refine my technique while keeping my love for cooking authentic, soulful, and entirely my own.
