I am a professional chef with running of 18 years in experience of different cuisines completed my diploma in food production from IHM Chandigarh in 2010 and worked in 5 star hotels multicuisine kitchen to stand alone restaurant to small cafes.

Worked as a personal chef and catered events and done curated menus.

learned Indian cuisine, European café style food, vegetarian, vegan and dietary restriction(lactose intolerant, Gluten free, nuts allergic etc.) my personal choice is always the seasonal food and the local produce.
