I am a Lebanese Chef with more than fifteen years cooking experience, currently working for their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania of Jordan.

I create healthy seasonal menus for the family using the produce from our organic kitchen garden.

My passion for French cuisine started with my work at LE VENDUME HOTEL BEIRUT.

My passion for cooking started when I was 15 years old, cooking its my life style. I did worked in Royal Palaces in Jordan and Qatar.
