I'm a Senior Sushi Chef, with 10 years of experience in the field. Committed to innovative work with a proven record of preparing exemplary creative dishes, with an expansive knowledge of fish and unique ingredients.
My journey started while I was still in high school, and started as a Sushi Chef Helper where I developed basic culinary skills and fell in love with Japanese cuisine. Two years later, I started as a Sous Chef in one of the top rated Sushi restaurants in Beirut and winner of, TripAdvisor 2015 winner of “Certificate of Excellence”. It was there where I extended my sushi skills and worked alongside high-standards chefs. Throughout the years, I worked my way up and expanded my skills between fusion, modern and authentic sushi, and sought new opportunities.
My specialties rely on crafting modern, classic yet lively items and presentations, that will resonate with the guests and translate my passion and commitment to serving authentic and innovative sushi experiences.
