I’m a Tuscan with a genuine passion for cooking, good food, and everything that happens around the table.
I started cooking simply for the joy of it, inspired by my family and by the traditions I grew up with in Tuscany. Over time, I also began helping and supporting my mother in Italy, who works in tourism and has turned hospitality and food into part of her profession.
That experience made me want to challenge myself and share this passion with others, so I decided to start my own little adventure as a personal chef.
For me, cooking is not only about preparing a good meal. It is about creating a relaxed atmosphere, bringing people together, sharing stories, and making guests feel at home.
My goal is simple: to bring a little taste of Tuscany and authentic Italian hospitality to your table — with good ingredients, traditional flavours, and plenty of conviviality.
