Chef Sergi Isern

I'm Sergi, a private chef from Andorra based in Copenhagen. I began cooking in my family's restaurant and have spent more than 20 years in professional kitchens, including leading teams in Andorra and Spain and building my own projects. My cooking is rooted in Spanish and Mediterranean traditions: rice, seafood, slow-cooked meats and seasonal produce. I plan each dinner around the people at the table and the space we have. I travel to Luxembourg for selected private events and can bring kitchen or service support when the occasion calls for it.
