I love cooking, respecting tradition and being perfect in every single dish.
I have been a professional Italian chef for over 20 years, I have been living in the Netherlands for about 7 years and I also speak a little Dutch. I attended the hotel management high school in Italy from the age of 14. I have had many restaurant experiences in Italy and abroad and I have always respected every little detail in order to then have my own personal menu for the purposes of Italian and world tradition. I love preparing dishes with typical seasonal products. I am also an excellent pastry chef and I love making homemade pasta, bread and pizza
