Passionate about experimenting with new flavours and spice combinations, and reducing food waste in the horeca industry

While my formal training is not in culinary arts, I have experience with running my own food business, Khao Foods, which focuses on reducing food waste while ethically sourcing spices to create unique condiments from around South Asia. I also have experience working in professional kitchens in India and the Netherlands, along with hosting curated dining experiences and workshops to help people discover new flavours and be more conscious of how the food they are eating ends up on their plate.
