I am Carlos, a chef with more than 15 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, cruise lines, yachts, catering, and bespoke service for high-end clients. My career has allowed me to develop strong expertise across several cuisines, menu planning, meal preparation, kitchen management, and events, always adapting to each client’s preferences and needs. I am currently based in Amsterdam, with residence in Barcelona.
