Chef Diogo Manzoni

I’m a chef with 13 years of experience, including the last 4 years as Head Chef. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, high-end establishments, large-scale events, and as a private chef.

Most recently, I served as Executive Chef at Ferry Amsterdam in the Houthavens, where I had the privilege of building the kitchen from the ground up, developing the concept and menu, and leading a cohesive team of chefs where all had the space to bring their input into the menu creation.

I have a deep passion for Mediterranean cuisine, where my roots lie, but I also love blending elements from around the world that inspire me. I seek the best techniques and tools from my travels and from my experience with diverse culinary styles.

I’m highly motivated, creative, and driven to bring a “wow” factor to my dishes not only in its presentation but in the love each dish carries on its flavor, highly inspired by my grandmother’s and father’s way of cooking. I thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment and enjoy interacting with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience.
