Enthusiastic chef, focused on Mediterranean cuisine. Passionate and perfectionist.
I am a professional chef with more than 10 years of experience in professional kitchen settings.
My journey into the culinary world started in Greece where I first worked for our family restaurant. I then had the fortune of working for several restaurants and bistros. In 2015 I moved to the U.K., where I worked as a chef at a bistro in Newcastle and also as a private chef for small events.
Since 2018 I live and work in Eindhoven as a breakfast and banqueting chef for a 5-star hotel. I also work as a freelance chef catering to small events and parties.

My greatest inspiration is Lefteris Lazarou, a famous Greek chef, who places great emphasis on cooking simple seafood recipes using fresh ingredients.
