My name is Elia, I’m 21 years old, and the kitchen has always felt like home to me.

I grew up surrounded by the smells of slow-cooked sauces, warm bread, and fresh olive oil. My aunt runs a restaurant in the heart of Mugello, a place where I learned the meaning of real food — honest ingredients, time, and the joy of sharing a meal.

In the past few years, I’ve worked in a restaurant in my hometown, where I experienced the rhythm and atmosphere of professional hospitality up close. I discovered that food is not only about technique, but also about emotion and connection — a simple and genuine way to make people feel welcome.

That’s what inspired Tuscanity by Elia: a project to bring authentic Tuscan cuisine directly to your home, here in the Netherlands.

It’s not just dinner — it’s a personal experience, a journey through the hills, vineyards, and flavours of my region.

Together, we can create your own menu, choosing dishes based on your taste, the season, and the occasion.

And since I’m deeply passionate about wine, I’ll help you select the perfect pairings, making every dish and glass complement each other beautifully.

With Tuscanity by Elia, I take care of everything — from selecting the best ingredients (Italian or local), to preparation, presentation, and service — so you can simply relax and enjoy an unforgettable evening.
