Chef Franchesca Daniela Badiali Martinez

Hey there! I’m a Venezuelan chef with over six years of experience and a big love for everything that happens in the kitchen. My journey started back home in Venezuela, where I studied gastronomy and quickly realized that cooking wasn’t just a job for me, it was my happy place.

After graduating, I packed my knives and moved to Madrid. I spent five amazing years there working, learning, and falling even more in love with food (and okay… maybe with tapas too).

Now I’m living in the Netherlands, where I worked as a banqueting chef at Marriott Hotels for almost two years, and I’m currently part of a brand-new restaurant in Haarlem. Every day I get to create, taste, and share dishes that bring people together and honestly, that’s the best part of what I do.

Between long shifts, good laughs, and way too much coffee, I’m still having fun cooking my way around the world. ✨
