I love cooking, using fresh products and conveying emotions through food

I am a young chef with a desire to grow and express myself, after my studies I began my career in various high-level restaurants in Italy, including the "Arnolfo" restaurant (2*Micheline), "Enoteca Pinchiorri"(3*Micheline).

Then he moved on to work in Spain in the restaurant "Azurmendi" (3*Micheline), "Garena" (1*Micheline)

Then I had an experience in France, Toulouse, at the restaurant "Michel Sarran" (1*Micheline)

And my last experience was being a chef de cuisine at the restaurant "Txispa" (1*Micheline) in Bilbao, (Japanese Basque cuisine)
