"Hello my name is Giuseppe , and I am a professional chef with over 8 years of experience in the culinary world. My cuisine is rooted in Mediterranean flavours, strong, intense and decisive, I was born in Sicily, I come from a family that has always cooked poor dishes but full of flavour and meaning and history, always with a deep respect for ingredients and seasonality.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in Spain ( ibiza ) , Brunico (Trentino alto Adige ) and Roma with Michelin star experience to Aroma Restaurant in Via Labicana 125 , experiences that have shaped my approach in the kitchen — one that combines precision, creativity, and passion.
