I have worked for years around Europe after having formed my initial work background in Italy. I decided to stay in Holland and started working at the "Palato" restaurant in Den Haag as Head Chef. Master in fresh pasta. Meat, fish, vegetarian cuisine.
I am available on Sunday and Monday. Available for dinners and cooking classes at home. At your disposal!
