Chef At Home In Delft
I am a professional Chef with 17 years of experience. Studied in Greece at the Institute 'Le Monde' and then I joined 5* Hotels and Restaurants, mainly in Greek islands. For the first time I got the position of Head Chef in 2016 in Paros, for Mediterranean Cuisine at a beach restaurant. Followed by the beautiful islands of Santorini and Mykonos, where gastronomy fully shines. In 2022, it was my last summer season in Greece, when I decided to travel the world and expand my experience, knowledge and skills. Worked at fine dining restaurants, including a 2 and a 3-Michelin Starred restaurants, finally have my base in the Netherlands.
